A transformer substation allows to convert the voltage of the electric energy, which comes from the MV, to the power supply parameters of the LV lines. It is requested by the grid operator when the contractual power of the supply exceeds 100 kW.
The installation and / or setting up of a transformer station is regulated by the CEI 99-4 “Guide for the execution of the customer / end user MV / LV electrical substations”, updated to the Standards CEI EN 61936-1 and CEI 0-16 to which it refers.
It is supplied complete with:
- Prefabricated box complete with foundation tank, certified document in accordance with current legislation (if required);
- MV electrical panels complete with cables, switches, protections, ups and all required by current legislation;
- Resin transformer;
- Earth cables and eartheners.
